Viral Genome and Metagenomic Sequencing Training
I completed seven days of laboratory and bioinformatics training at Duke-NUS Medical School through the Asia Pathogen Genomics Initiative Academy.
The programme brought together participants from across the region for specialist training in genomics and bioinformatics. I attended as a participant, building on my work in laboratory sequencing and public-health surveillance.
The photographs record the laboratory setting and the workshop cohort. The completion certificate provides a further record of this specialist training in Singapore.
